Venezuelan chef of 26 years and with 7 years of experience in gastronomy. I studied at the Caracas Culinary Institute in Venezuela, and I have worked in different areas of the culinary world. Venezuelan and Latin food is what I enjoy the most and I am very proud of our cuisine. I also do food photography and test kitchen.
