We had the pleasure of having Chef Rob cook for us at our house in Vieques, and the experience was absolutely outstanding. From start to finish, Rob was professional, personable, and clearly passionate about what he does. The food was exceptional—beautifully prepared, perfectly balanced, and full of fresh local flavors. Every dish felt thoughtful and elevated, yet still relaxed and perfect for a Caribbean evening at home. He handled everything seamlessly, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy the experience with our guests. Rob also brought a great energy to the evening. He was friendly, engaging, and clearly takes pride in creating memorable meals for the people he cooks for. The kitchen was left spotless, and the entire experience felt effortless from our perspective. If you’re in Vieques and have the chance to book Chef Rob, do it. It was one of the highlights of our trip, and we wouldn’t hesitate to have him cook for us again.
