I am a Chef with 6 years of experience. I'm born and raised in Barcelona, studied Kitchen Management and traveled around the world. I never actually planned to live in Puerto Rico, but due to covid, I found my home here.

I've lived in Sweden, Barcelona, Orlando, Texas and now I have been 3 years here.

I worked in several restaurants and learn the traditional puertorican dishes. And also I'm always studying more dishes and fruit or vegetables that are unique from the island.

Expect fresh and tasty dishes, excellent presentations, attention to the details, traditional dishes with some twist and fruits or vegetables that you may have never tasted before. For me, the real flavors of the island.

Everything. I am all day creating dishes, reading about new recipes and filming recipes for social media. It's my passion.

Chef Ronda exceeded my expectations exponentially! Not only did she cook an amazing meal with so many tasty local food ingredients, but she went absolutely above and beyond curating a beautiful table set up and some extra surprises for the group. She was so attentive and did an entire 7 course tasting menu completely by herself. I would absolutely recommend anyone book with Chef Ronda for their events in the future - she does not disappoint and I'm sure will blow you out of the water as well! THANK YOU RONDA!

Chef Salavert was amazing! She worked with me on a menu for a friend's bachelorette/birthday weekend - and the menu/flavors were a true showcase of the chef's background and culinary talent. I highly recommend Chef Ronda and her husband Elizer for any event, as they have the expertise to turn every occasion into an unforgettable gastronomic delight. Chef paid attention to every detail and made sure the evening went ahead without a hitch. Loved working with her and would hire again!! Kudos for an amazing evening!

I feel so honored to have worked with Chef Ronda! We were in Puerto Rico celebrating my husband's 30th birthday and I wanted to surprise him with a private dinner at our AirBnB. Chef's menu stood out to me as it contained truly authentic Puerto Rican dishes in creative ways. After booking with her, she was extremely accommodating as dates and attendee numbers changed. We worked together to create the perfect menu and service for the event; She even planned a cocktail service and helped me look for chair and table rentals in the area. She made planning easy and fun! When it finally came to the dinner, we were all blown away! She set a beautiful table scape and got to work on the delicious cocktails with her assistant. She orchestrated a champagne toast and then the first rounds of food started to come out. She served huge portions but most importantly, they were DELICIOUS! Chef Ronda had reimagined traditional Puerto Rican food in creative and tasty ways! My husband's family is Puerto Rican and they were all so impressed by the quality of her food (they are NOT easy to impress). I truly cannot stress how absolutely amazing all of her food was, from her corn fritters in cheese sauce, to the chuletitas can can and ropa vieja, her different mofongos and her fried fish, to the arroz con gandules that were as authentic as my husband's grandmother (that she had JUST MADE FOR THE FIRST TIME!!!). She served wine throughout, was attentive and humble and so very grateful to be there with us. She served an incredible chocolate cake which, while we were all insanely full, we all made room for. At the end of service, she left the kitchen cleaner than when she had gotten there. I cannot share enough of how excellent of a chef and person Ronda is. My husband and our families were so surprised and so impressed by the dinner. She is an exceptionally kind, understanding, hard working and dedicated professional who you can tell truly loves her work. I would hire Chef Ronda again and again and again!!!

Amazing experience for New Years Eve! She was attentive, open and flexible. Before the event she communicated well and was very responsive. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. Beautiful presentations . Tres leches cake was divine. They did any excellent job cleaning . Will book again.

Chef Ronda is young and talented and will only get even better. She was such a pleasure to have cooking for us this Christmas. She has a simple yet strong philosophy about cooking. Choose the freshest ingredients and prepare and cook with love. It was very clear to all of us, Chef Ronda is passionate about food and how to prepare it and it shows. When she took the time to explain each dish and we could see the love she has for her work, you can't help but smile. Our family loved the experience and her contagious and very cheerful attitude. However, it is about the food and not just the personality. From the first bite of her amazing Octopus salad to the fish tacos, incredible paella...to the best Tres Leches cake we've ever had, she delivered. Ronda made our last night in Puerto Rico a dinner we will never forget. She was extremely attentive and polite. The food was absolutely incredible and she even packed away any leftovers from the group. After dinner, her and her husband took the time to clean and left it better than when she arrived.
