Chef Ronda is always looking for the best local ingredients and impressive presentations. Passion for cooking translates to tastefull and fresh food.
I am a Chef with 6 years of experience. I'm born and raised in Barcelona, studied Kitchen Management and traveled around the world. I never actually planned to live in Puerto Rico, but due to covid, I found my home here.
I've lived in Sweden, Barcelona, Orlando, Texas and now I have been 3 years here.
I worked in several restaurants and learn the traditional puertorican dishes. And also I'm always studying more dishes and fruit or vegetables that are unique from the island.
Expect fresh and tasty dishes, excellent presentations, attention to the details, traditional dishes with some twist and fruits or vegetables that you may have never tasted before. For me, the real flavors of the island.
