I am well-versed in a wide range of cuisines, including French, Italian, Caribbean, and fusion cuisine, with a strong ability to adapt techniques and flavors to create innovative and memorable dishes. I have also had the honor of representing Saint Lucia at the prestigious Taste of the Caribbean culinary competition in Miami, an experience that further strengthened my skills, creativity, and commitment to excellence in the culinary industry.
