I am a professional chef with 40 years of work experience, skilled, with a 5th degree, cook specialist, and excellent knowledge of fish, Mediterranean, French, Hungarian, Russian and Balkan cuisine. I learned and worked with a good cook team and traveled and worked in Europe, Russia, and South Africa, for 15 years.
