I am a trained cook with over 15 years of experience. I have been cooking from the age of eight years old and has been preparing meals for persons throughout my life. I currently operate two small food base businesses which specializes in the production of fishcake batter, Bajan seasoning, seafood boils and alcoholic jams and syrups.
