I am a professional chef with 17 years of experience. I started my culinary studies in Scottsdale, Arizona where I learned fundamentals in French cuisine along with health and pastries. My first job was in fine dining which I continued with in Utah, Texas and Louisiana. I’ve lived in Puerto Rico for over a year and became a quick study in its cuisine with my colleague who also has been a personal chef here.
