I’m Chef William, a Puerto Rican private chef focused on creating seamless, memorable dining experiences inside homes and vacation rentals. My cooking is rooted in bold Caribbean flavor and clean execution, but what truly defines my work is how the entire experience feels from start to finish.
I’ve worked in demanding professional kitchens across Puerto Rico, including the Coliseo de Puerto Rico and DRGN by Chef Treviño. Those environments taught me discipline, speed, and attention to detail—skills that now allow me to deliver calm, organized, and reliable service in private settings.
I also completed my formal culinary training at the Escuela Hotelera de San Juan, strengthening my foundation in technique, food safety, and menu development. Today, I blend Puerto Rican traditions with modern Caribbean influences to create food that feels familiar, elevated, and satisfying.
When you book with me, everything is handled. I take care of menu planning, grocery shopping, cooking on-site, service, and leaving the kitchen spotless. My goal is simple: for you and your guests to relax, enjoy the moment, and feel confident that the evening is in good hands.
