I started my cheffing carrer in 2012 on motor and sailing yachts cooking for private guests and charters. Not only does it require a lot of skills in the kitchen catering for all kinds of preferences but also intolerances and allergies but being on boats the challenge is higher. Being able to solve problems last minute when grocery shopping is not available at sea , being resourceful and creative is a must.. plus not getting sick while sailing. I have done all types of cuisines but my focus and talent is with a plantbased style , creating very tasty and beautiful dishes with no animal protein is something I’m very skilled in and not many chefs I know can do it.
