I am a professional chef with 10 years experience and lv.3 CDP diploma.
I specialise in Italian and British food, respectively my strengths are: " Neapolitan style pizza at home", alongside Italian street food and comfort food (e.g. bakes, fried snacks, risotto, pasta); British pub food ( e.g. pies/stews/roasts), but also higher end British/fusion meals.
I have experience in grilling on open fire/josper oven and I can deliver traditional pizza, if provided with a woodfired oven.
I have extensive experience cooking ayurvedic style and vegetarian meals as I am passionate about the healing properties of foods. in fact I am comfortable planning foods based on specialised diets or caloric intake, although I cannot present a certificate for my knowledge, as I have built this in my own time.
