I’m an Aussie chef living on the Costa del Sol. Living the dream.

I have 30 years experience in three countries. I have very good references from top established chefs in quality restaurants and schools. I am family oriented man who likes to relax on his time off. I try to get to new places opening up and down the coast. I have lived here on the coast now for 20 years and I’ve worked in a few places,Malaga to Marbella and points in between.
