I am a professional chef with +25 years of experience. My education lays in the classic French cuisine, where I have been active at Michelinstar level in the Netherlands. My roots are partly Dutch and Indonesian, so I grew up with the authentic Indonesian kitchen and nowadays I love to surprise guests with 100% fresh, authentically prepared Indonesian rice tables or dishes with great passion and enthusiasm.
In recent years I have also specialized in working exclusively with fresh products and creating 100% (also vegetarian and vegan) dishes (if possible local & organic).

For me, cooking is my life. On a daily base I cook for my family and kids and I love to create tailor made food for my clients

I was born and raised in a gastronomic family and discovered cooking at a very early age of 13 and from this day, I never stopped!

This is difficult, been around many Michelin star chefs with all there own specialty.. I respect Paul Bocuse, Gorden Ramsey, also Jamie Oliver
