Internationally travelled chef who loves to create fresh exciting dishes whilst travelling and meeting new people.
I have been very lucky to of traveled many places around the world and been able to learn my skills through working and volunteering in restaurants and with local people. I enjoy using fresh produce, creating new dishes to suits diets and preferences and love meeting new challenges . My experience ranges from private dining experiences to being a private chef on board yachts to working with large teams catering for weddings, film crew etc and being the head chef in a small restaurant. My passion lies with taking people places through the dishes I create.
