Passionate private chef with experience
I am classically trained chef based in Barcelona and I’m providing my guests with exclusive dining experiences around this inspiring city. After completing my studies I have been working last 17 years in restaurants where I could learn new flavours and techniques. I have been working in very best kitchens of barcelona to name few michelin starred restaurants Alkimia, and Via Veneto and highly rated restaurant Coure and head chef of 5 star hotel where I could show my organisation skills and high quality service. Now I offer my service to a private guest and catering private parties around Catalonia.
My food is based on mediterranean cooking and using local and seasonal ingredients. Most important for me is fresh tasting food beautifully presented, using modern and classical techniques inspired by restaurants I have been working and eating in. I dedicate my time making sure everything I serve is homemade from bread to Ice creams, sun dried tomatoes and chocolate truffles you get at the end of your dinner or lunch.
