I am a Danish Chef living in Mallorca.

I am educated in Copenhagen, Denmark since 1991.

I have been living and working in several countries around the world as on several cruise and expedition ships before I settled down in Spain a few years ago.

I have met a lot of different cultures , taken alot of experience with me from the places I have been.

I have had my own Restaurant for a few years both in Denmark and here in Mallorca.

Right now, Im starting my own restaurant in Santa Ponsa.

I will be happy to hear from you and cater to your event.
