Get to know me better
Cooking is my passion, and my goal in my cooking is putting smile on peoples faces through my food.
I am a creative chef with twenty five years of experience running busy kitchens in Australia, along with four years as an owner, operator of a cafe / restaurant in NSW.
Since arriving to Spain I have been working as a Head Chef in Truffles Restaurant in Elviria and Luuma Beach Restaurant.
I have worked as a Head Chef in wineries, seaside restaurants, wedding venues, yacht clubs and busy inner city cafes. I have experience in co-ordinating private catering, small and large functions, both behind the scenes and in client- facing roles. I am a highly motivated professional, trained to perform to perfection in each section of the kitchen with vast knowledge of different cooking styles and cousines from around the world.
