I am Simona, I am 31 years old, I am Italian and I live in Barcelona. I have been cooking since I was a child, cooking healthy and good food in my country is a must. My family became vegetarian 20 years ago and in all these years I have had to research and develop new recipes to be able to always eat varied and healthy. I have a university master's degree in food science and technology and I have become a specialist in food safety. When I shop and cook I know what I have chosen and I know the potential of the food. Recognizing genuine food is important in order to cooking good dishes. Specialized in Italian cuisine, I am able to develop dishes that you didn't think you could eat.
