Passionate about getting people around the table enjoying themselves trough the food.
I am a profesional chef with 9 years of experience. I started working in kitchens when I was 16 years old in the Jerusalem market. After a few years, I decided to move to the other side of the world - Australia, where I kept on working in different types of restaurants. Then I went to Damon Culinary school, Tel Aviv, where I got my patisserie diploma, and after that I went to Le cordon bleu in London, where I got a diploma in plant based cuisine. Now I've moved to Spain where I want to open my own place. My speciality is Middle East cuisine, bringing Europe the old flavours of my land.
