I acquired my culinary skills through extensive training in renowned gastronomic establishments. I obtained a diploma in classic French cuisine and also completed internships in Michelin-starred restaurants in Ariège, including the famous Le Castrum restaurant. These experiences allowed me to perfect my cooking techniques, learn to work with high-quality ingredients, and develop a keen sense of taste and culinary aesthetics.
