Passionate about cooking , I’m learning every day.
I am a professional chef having retrained in 2024.
Since 2025 I have worked at Chateau Palmer with Chef Jean-Denis LeBras ,before setting out as a private chef in the Bordeaux area.
My style is French comforting Bistro food with Irish twists from my cultural heritage.
I offer seasonal menus, organic wherever possible across meat, fish and vegetable dishes.
