Everything comes together around the table and it makes a perfect and beautiful sense!
A dinner for me is the convergence point of so many things. Nature's gifts, the work of farmers and winemakers, the passion and skills of the cooks, the stories of the guests attending the dinner, the mood of the day, traditions, history, emotions. All of it makes it so unique!
Food isn't just a commodity. It is my passion, my way to travel, to observe the world's mutation, to meet others and to educate your senses. From the very simple dishes to the most complex ones, I bring to it the same high value and care.
After studying gastronomy in Grenoble (France), where I was also born and raised, I travelled through Europe and worked in different countries. Nowadays working full time as a private chef and cooking teacher in the beautiful city of Prague, I share here my enthusiasm and passion with locals,
expats and travellers. Anyone is welcomed to my table!

Jonathan is an excellent chef. He is professional and was accommodating to our dietary requirements. He always ensured we had an open communication prior to the event. He was punctual and was flexible with the timing of our dinner. It was a very interactive experience with great conversations. We also really appreciated Jonathan helping us clean up the final bits of the kitchen as we weren’t fully ready for his arrival (our poor time management). Overall we had a fantastic time and thank you Jonathan for making it happen.
