Passionate about serving with excellence and care

From a young age, I knew my path would be connected to gastronomy and hospitality. I started my own brand as a Pastry Chef, taking orders in my hometown and developing a deep love for precision, flavor, and creativity. Driven by a constant desire to learn more, I decided to refine my skills at Le Cordon Bleu Rio de Janeiro, where I immersed myself in French culinary techniques. That experience transformed my perspective and opened important doors in my career.

I later became the Executive Chef of a large catering company in my hometown, leading menus and events for up to 200 guests. Today, I’m pursuing a solo career as a chef, continually pushing my limits, exploring new ideas, and refining my craft to deliver work that is thoughtful, professional, and full of personality.

Over three days she prepared outstanding meals—beautifully presented, full of flavour, and truly memorable. She went above and beyond, even making a South African dessert (malva pudding) on special request, which was absolutely perfect. Her professionalism, warmth, and culinary talent made our experience unforgettable. Highly recommended.

Marina foi maravilhosa do início ao fim!! Desde o planejamento do menu a apresentação e preparação dos pratos - tudo estava delicioso!! O pastel de palmito de entrada estava INACREDITÁVEL, a salada refrescante com o toque tropical que eu tinha pedido, o porco suculento e perfeitamente temperado e a sobremesa equilibrada e deliciosa!! Super recomendo os serviços da Marina e se voltarmos ao Rio com ctz vou contratar novamente!
