I enjoy cooking for clients and helping to create a memorable experience for them.

I am a professional chef with over 20 years in hospitality. I trained in traditional French cooking in Strasbourg, France, where I worked in Les Haras, Le Relais de la Poste, L'Auberge sur l'Isle, and at the Idle Rocks in Cornwall.

I have also managed my own luxury Chambre d'Hôtes in the south of France as well as many years working in restaurants in the US.

a culinary school in Strasbourg, Alsace, France, which is where I learned traditional French cooking.

Chef Michael did a wonderful job!

Chef Michael Nunan was easy to communicate with, prompt in his arrival and dinner preparation, and so kind and gracious. He presented us with a beautiful dinner for our last night in Bordeaux. We had a lovely dining experience and would highly recommend both he and Take A Chef!!
