I have over 10 years of experience working in professional kitchens and today I work as a private chef.
My cooking is based on simple ideas: good products, seasonal ingredients, and clean, balanced flavors. I adapt each menu to the guests, their preferences, and the occasion, keeping things natural and straightforward.
I enjoy private dining because it allows a more personal approach. I take care of the entire process myself — from menu planning to cooking and serving — so guests can relax and enjoy the moment.
Alongside my work as a chef, I share my cooking on social media, where my work currently reaches around 2 million people. This helps me feel comfortable working with different guests and creating a relaxed, friendly atmosphere during dinners.
I have also published my own cookbook, where I share simple recipes and my everyday approach to cooking.
Whether it’s a small dinner, a celebration, or a tasting menu, my goal is simple: good food, good timing, and people feeling comfortable at the table.
