I am a professionally trained French chef with experience in private dining, restaurants, guest houses, events and seasonal kitchens. Curious by nature, I am always looking to learn, develop new skills and discover different culinary cultures.

My background includes savoury cooking, pastry and bread-making, which gives me a versatile approach in the kitchen. I am equally happy preparing a refined dinner, creating a generous family-style menu, developing desserts or organising a complete food service.

I am confident working independently, taking responsibility and managing a kitchen, but I also genuinely enjoy teamwork. I believe the best kitchens are built on communication, respect and the willingness to learn from one another.

My cooking is seasonal, thoughtful and generous. I pay close attention to the quality of ingredients, organisation, presentation and reducing waste, while always keeping pleasure and hospitality at the heart of what I do.
