I am a self-taught professional chef with over 11 years of experience in the culinary field, currently working as Chef de Cuisine at Flic en Flac restaurant in Aix-en-Provence. I also served as Head Chef and private party organizer for ALPHA10X, a tech company based in Aix-en-Provence, where I curated exclusive culinary experiences for corporate events. My specialty is Sri Lankan fusion cuisine, blending bold island flavors with modern European techniques. I also offer private chef services and food tours in Provence and Marseille, always aiming to create unforgettable dining moments rooted in culture and authenticity.
