The chef provided us with detailed menu and schedule in advance despite of our short notice. He even adjusted the menu following my request.
He knows how to bring out the charm of the ingredients and the 3 plates course all tested so great.

This was our first visit to Take-a-Chef and Chef Mindaugias provided an excellent experience. We frequently eat out in Michelin-star restaurants and the quality of the food was a this level.
The presentation of the dishes was also excellent and we loved his style.
