I'm a young, well trained and hard working chef. More than ten years of working experiences in various positions and business offered me the possibility to achieve a great professional growth and an everlasting interest for food preparation and handling.
Being used to work as part of a team I've developed communication skills and the ability to adapt to different professional environments.
As my original background is structured on 'Cucina Povera' (poor cuisine) I'm trained in the creation of healthy, mouth-watering dishes with particular attention to the budget. I'm determined in creating a standard of quality and being consistent with it, to always offerthe best product to my customers.
Thanks to my study path I've acquired knowledge of legal requirement regarding health and safety, kitchen cleanliness, proper fire procedures, safe use of chemicals, HACCP and proper use of the kitchen appliances.
