I am a professional chef and I have experience in award-winning restaurants with "Golden-hat" in Greece(Elounda, Santorini, Athens, Halkidiki)and abroad(London, Munich, Aschau, Shinfield) in star Michelin restaurants.
I did my first practice at the restaurant "Dionyssos " in Elounda beach 5 stars leading hotel.
Cooking is my life. The flavor of my food is characterized by harmony. I like to create new tastes and new combinations. This is the art of culinary for me.
