I’m a professional chef in love with my job!
I’m a professional chef. I manage the sourcing of raw materials and their correct storage, I organize and prepare dishes as well as write menus for my restaurant. I lead my kitchen and educate my staff well. I am an excellent connoisseur of French cooking techniques as well as techniques of molecular gastronomy. Furthermore, I can deal with all areas of my restaurant and take out everything that is aimed at the good of the business that I work.I'm a pretty ambitious and communicative person and over all I'm willing to work and learn things from people which I will collaborate. Courtesy and patience is my main features. Cooking is not just my passion is a relation of life that began at a very early age. My biggest concern is to make the whole world understand what it means to eat tasty and healthy dishes of the Cretan cuisine, to love the Cretan diet and all this through modern techniques and genuine love for what i do. Finally, I want to show everyone that being small in age doesn't mean that you can't be one of the best in your profession.
