A committed and hardworking individual with passion for great food and wine.
I learned to cook at the Institute of Culinary Arts in Athens, Greece, and then by working side by side with great Chefs in restaurants and hotels all over Greece. After working for over 10 years on different technics, styles and cuisines, I decided to be devoted in private and exclusive dining services. Being a private Chef gives me the advantage to offer tailor-made service with my personal touch using every time the highest quality of ingredients.
I could not see myself doing anything else besides bringing people joy through food. This pleasure allows me to maintain a positive attitude, an open mind and hold myself to the highest standards.
I am positive person and show great enthusiasm, which brings for great results.
