Cuisine enthusiast, I seek perfection to every dish

I am a professional chef with 13 years of experience in the culinary world. I worked in several restaurants all over Greece and the last years I am specified in the Private cooking services. My education starts from October 2006 to June 2008 studying with scholarships at I.E.K. Athens of OTEK (Organization of Tourist Education & Training) in the department "Culinary Technician" with successful certification of studies by OEEK (Organization of Vocational Education & Training).

Work experience:

• October 2019 until today: Chef in the restaurant “Rymidi” in Pyrgos – Santorini

• March 2017 until today: Private Chef in villas and suites in Santorini, undertaking meals and all kinds of private events for a certain number of people

• March 2017 to November 2017: Barista, buffet and service at "Lila Kafe" in Fira, the center of Santorini

• December 2015 to January 2017: Barista, buffet and service at the cafe "Ellinikon" in Fira, Santorini

• April 2015 to October 2015: Responsible - Chef at the Wine Restaurant "Assyrtico" in Fira, Santorini

• April 2014 to October 2014: Assistant Cook at the Gourmet Restaurant "Koukoumavlos" in Fira Thira

• December 2012 to March 2013: Chef at the Greek restaurant "After Athens" in New Jersey, USA

• April 2011 to October 2011: At the company "Spicy Bites Catering" in Santorini, as an assistant cook.

• March 2010 to September 2010: Employment in Sikinos island at the "Ostrella" coffee-refreshment bar for the summer season as a bartender, buffet and service.

• In 2009 for the summer season, employment at the Erofyllis estate, organizing wedding receptions, baptisms, etc. at the buffet.

• In 2008 collaboration with the "Ionian Center", event and conference room, in the food department (kitchen).

• July 2008 to September 2008 at the Park Hotel at the gourmet restaurant "St 'Astra" in the cold and hot cuisine section.

• July 2007 to September 2007 at the N.J.V. Athens Plaza in the center of Athens at the "Parliament" gourmet restaurant in cold and hot cuisine.
