I am a professional chef with 10 years experience in the culinary world.I have been employed in several Italian restaurants in Bologna where I learned the art of risotto as well as that of fresh handmade pasta.My long experience in the Italian cuisine made me a fresh pasta expert able to prepare fettuccine, tagliatelle, and various types of stuffed pasta..My cooking combines traditional Mediterranean flavours with the lightest Italian character both in main courses and dessert.
