I am a Tinian-Japanese chef with a 12-year experience in Japanese private dining services providing a variety of full-course menus. During my 4-year experience in Tinos, I have been focusing on new dishes using local seafood utilising my Japanese techniques. My passion is to offer you an extraordinary dining experience that will stand out as another highlight of your visit in Tinos island.!
