Italian Chef with Passion for Greece
For ten years, I have provided bespoke private chef services at home and rented villas in the Cyclades. I am a classically trained chef from Naples, Italy. With over twenty years experience working in Greece and Italy, I create bespoke Greek and Italian menus to make your vacation to Paros and Antiparos an outstanding culinary experience. I works with a team of local chefs and use only the freshest seasonal, regional ingredients. Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-Free and Ketogenic meals available upon request!

At first I learn to cook from my nonna in Naples, Italy, where I was always at her side. Later, I worked in many famous places in Greece and Italy.

My mother and grandmother who still are the best cooks I know, especially there pasta al forno barese and lasagna.

Keeping it simple and using the best and most seasonal local ingredients available to make a simple Greek salad a thing of beauty.
