A committed and hardworking individual with a passion for great food, always eager to expand his theoretical knowledge and improve his techniques.
Son of a hill father and an islander mother, Chef Spyros learnt from scratch to love and respect nature visiting Tinos and Leivadia quite often.
Armed with his experience in high gastronomy level restaurants in Athens (Such as Ark, Balux etc.) and as a private chef in Mykonos.
Spyros Known for his perfectionism, his love for nature and particularly the sea. A fisherman, a hunter, a farmer, a resourceful person of high values and ideas, a modest but incessant dreamer with pure cooking philosophy, based on his memories.
