I am a professional chef. I have been working in restaurants and non (clubs) for the last 13 years. My identity for the culinary cuisine I chose to follow was finalized when I worked in 2015 at Varoulko (1 MICHELIN star) restaurant with modern Greek creative cuisine. Then I decided on the type of cuisine I wanted to do. Until now I have worked in this type of restaurant and creative cuisine. I also deal with menu composition.
