My expertise spans hospitality strategy, menu engineering, cost optimization, operational design, and the development of standards, manuals, and policies that drive consistency and profitability. Throughout my career, I have launched and managed diverse hospitality ventures, including restaurant concepts, coffee chains, catering operations, and large-scale hospitality projects.
Serving in senior leadership positions, including Director of Operations, I have overseen cross-functional teams, managed complex pre-openings, and implemented operational frameworks that support sustainable growth.
