Hello, I am very passionate individual with a love for cooking and creating a dining experience.

With over 10 years experience I have grown into a well rounded chef with lots of experience. My flavours and methods of cooking are over fire, I have mastered this with working at firedoor restaurant in Sydney and cooking whole animals over fire with a catering company called chapa. I would say I am very approachable easygoing guy, with a very strong work ethic, I enjoy creating a fun dining experience that people will remember.
