I create new concepts for the kitchen, menus, and guest experiences to deliver memorable and impressive dining moments.
I am a fast learner with a strong attention to detail, especially when it comes to menu creation. This helps me achieve high-quality dishes and maintain excellent performance from my kitchen team.
My specialties include continental cuisine, as well as Indonesian, Asian, Western, Indian, and European dishes.
