I’m a chef from Seattle, Wa USA. Since I was young I had an obsession with good food, so when I started cooking it clicked right away. I have about 7 years of experience working my way up to sous chef. Most recently at Mezzanotte in Seattle. I’ve done lots of menu development and tasting menu creations. I specialize in Italian food but my capabilities stretch much further than that.
