He has shared his culinary expertise among them are Bib Gourmand-status of Michelin Guide List Asian brasserie in Sao Paulo, Tian; the New York Times 3-star restaurant by the legendary Jean Georges, Perry St.; and the Ritz Carlton Hotel South Beach

Miami. Chef de Souza graduated from the award-winning Institute of Culinary Education in New York. Chef Fernando is currently based in Bali where he gets to enjoy the two loves of his life: cooking and surfing.
