I am a dedicated professional chef and a graduate of the William Angliss Institute in Australia. My culinary journey is built on high-level experience in some of the most reputable kitchens. I have served as a Chef de Partie at ST ALi, working closely under the Head Chef to maintain exceptional standards, and as a Commis Chef at Further Hotel & Portion, where I refined my technical precision in a fast-paced environment.

Beyond the professional kitchen, I have spent over a decade as an entrepreneur managing my own culinary brand, Twissterdog. This unique blend of fine-dining discipline and business ownership allows me to offer a private chef service that is not only creatively inspired but also highly organized and cost-efficient.
