I am Naila, a passionate Moroccan chef based in Tangier with over 5 years of experience in traditional Moroccan cuisine and private culinary experiences for international guests.
I specialize in authentic, home-style Moroccan cooking — the kind passed down through generations, made with real spices, fresh ingredients, and genuine love. From slow-cooked Tagines and hand-rolled Couscous to festive Bastilla and comforting Harira, every dish I prepare tells a story.
I have hosted immersive cooking experiences for international travelers at Blue Door Cuisine in Tangier, catered large weddings and celebrations, founded my own food business, and now offer exclusive private chef services in villas, riads, and Airbnb stays across Morocco.
