Lionel and his team took our initial idea and elevated it into something truly special, bringing a refined twist to hearty, Southern-inspired comfort food with a Nashville influence. Chef Lorenzo was amazing and the food was incredible. The flavors were perfect and the meat was cooked perfect as well. I would definitely work with him again on larger events or another private dinner in the future. He was very considerate of the space and the kitchen was spotless when he left. Thank you!

Los platos y la atención fue de alta calidad, la calidez humana también es algo que resalto de su servicio. Chef Elliott make our experience really wonderful and very memorable. The food was amazing and Elliott was a real hoot! Highly recommend. From Kim, Fiona, Mandy, Ang and Karen.

Daniel was very accommodating and understanding of allergy requirements in the group. The canapés and dessert in particular were excellent and he left the kitchen incredibly clean.

I cannot recommend Chef Francesco enough!! His communication was great. He worked hard to accommodate a food allergy and our group rated this the best meal we've had on our trip. I am so glad I found Take a Chef and I am beyond blessed to have picked the right chef.

Coralie est une cheffe d’une immense gentillesse et avec qui il a été très agréable de communiquer pour élaborer ensemble ce menu cadeau pour ma fiancée ! Elle avait de nombreuses idées et a su s’adapter à mes envies. Elle est arrivée à l’heure, accompagnée d’une assistante, et toutes les deux ont été agréables, discrètes mais sympathiques et se sont adaptées à notre rythme (et celui de notre bébé de six mois). Les plats étaient délicieux, très bien présentés, et copieux ! Elles sont parties à 20h30 avec le dessert au frigo ( pour nous laisser finir tranquillement) et la cuisine plus propre que jamais. Je conseille vivement l’expérience, merci beaucoup !

We had such a wonderful experience with Chef Renee and Chef Austin for our bachelorette party in Asheville! Chef Renee has such a fun, bubbly personality and brought great energy to the evening. The food was absolutely amazing, and both chefs did a fantastic job accommodating our group of 13. They were incredibly friendly, flexible, and easygoing, which made the entire experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. It was such a fun addition to our weekend, and we're so glad we chose Chef Renee for our special celebration. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a delicious meal and a memorable private chef experience!

Our Chef Oren experience was truly amazing from the initial contact to the finale. He was professional, courteous, patient, informative and a pleasure to work with. Chef Oren explained each Tuscany dish with knowledge and pride. His grandmother supplies authentic olive oil directly from her grove in Italy. The flavour was incredible. Home baked focaccia finished in a wood stove with wood imported from Grandma. All the fresh produce direct from Chef Oren’s large, year round greenhouse. What a treat! The evening with Cheffe Meriem was a hit! The food was delicious. And everything along with it was pitch perfect. It was the first time using the service, and we were all impressed by the professionalism and discretion of the Cheffe as she set up and prepped the meal. The service and presentation of the food was impeccable and she left the kitchen cleaner than she found it :) Merci Cheffe Meriem!!

Since the request Vanessa and Nicolas are super engaged to make sure we picked to right choices for our special family celebration. Their suggestions about the menu and wines were fantastic and we enjoyed the delicious meal. They are delightful people to hire and they made sure we didn;t miss anything!
