I qualified at CTIA in Bellville after completing Pastry Advance and City & Guilt exams. I have four years experience in the industry, working at Diemersdal Farm Eatery, Soet Society and Sossos French Patisserie. I decided to open up Anmie's Little Kitchen after the bakery closed down. Today I own a small, but successful catering company.
