I’m Antoine, a private chef based in Cape Town. I cook in your home, designing each menu around your taste, your guests and the occasion, whether that’s a birthday, an anniversary, friends visiting from abroad or a long Sunday lunch. There’s no fixed card and no set packages: you tell me what the evening should feel like, and I write the menu for it, drawing on flavours from anywhere in the world you’d like to travel. I shop, cook and serve at your table, then leave your kitchen as I found it. Alongside the private dinners, I share the Atlas, a collection of original recipes developed over years of cooking for others, mapped country by country so you can cook them yourself.
