I am a 29 year old chef who has a self-motivated, dynamic, determined and very creative food enthusiast who’s passion is to ensure people’s taste buds and tummies are always satisfied. As I always say, a way to people’s hearts and wallets is through a happy tummy, so i always make sure that my food satisfies their tummy needs. I am a I hold a NQF level 4 in Generic Management, Hospitality and Catering, my studies covered a variety of modules that included Entrepreneurship, Project mangement, operations management, management practice, applied management, sanitation, client services, nutrition, menu planning and food preparation which exposed me to both Management and catering skills.
