Chef Charles was an absolute delight from start to finish. From presentation to flavour, he exceeded our expectations. Taking time to tailor the menu to our preferences, incredibly punctual and left the kitchen spotless. His professionalism and attention to detail elevated our dining experience to new heights and I would highly recommend for any special occasion or intimate gathering.

Chef Charles was amazing!! Each dish was delicious and he was just delightful. A particular favorite was his line fish ceviche. He was easy to communicate with, prepared everything perfectly, with some delicious surprises, and we had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

Last week in Cape Town, we had the joy of having Charles, a fantastic private chef, cook a 4-course meal for us. Every dish, especially the antipasti, was a culinary masterpiece - we could have lived off of them for the rest of our stay! Charles blends great cooking with great company. He was punctual, detail-oriented, and left the kitchen spotless. We're so grateful for the unforgettable experience and hope to see him again in Paris or Cape Town. THE BEST CHEF EVER! MY CLIENTS DIDNT HAVE AN ADAPTER AND HE WAS ABLE TO GO BACK HOME BRING HIS, COME BACK, COOK BREAKFAST IN TIME AND THEN LEAVE TO BUY THEM THEIR OWN. THEY WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE FOOD AND HE WAS SO SWEET AND GENEROUS. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM A 1000% TIMES OVER!!

We didnt want the night to end the way Chef Charles made us feel so special, we enjoyed getting to know him through his personality and food. An experience that will be remembered fora lifetime.
