I've been a chef for 15 years with a diploma in culinary arts and a yacht chef qualification .

I have experience with mediteranean, Italian, Japanese ,Mexican and authentic South african cuisine and many many more.

I have worked all around the world and use only the best produce.

I've been a head chef for a boutique hotel, worked on safari, on private yachts.

I run my own catering business as well as being a private chef for 5 years.
